Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not offer refunds for any orders, as each item is made to order and is unique to you.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
A: Yes! We are happy to offer FREE exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive an item that is misprinted or if you need a different size, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos will be required for proof of damages or misprints.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [Sales@Shirtaggedon.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right!

Q: Will I have to pay for shipping on an exchange?
A: No, you will not have to pay for shipping on an exchange. We apologize for any mistakes and will cover all shipping costs, as well as any additional fees needed to receive the product back to us.

Q: What if my order arrived late and I no longer need or want it?
A: We do not offer refunds for orders. However, if your order arrives late and you no longer wish to keep it, we can offer an exchange for a currently wanted product, as long as your order has been unused and in original packaging must contact us to start the exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Q: It’s been longer than 7 days. Can I still get a return or exchange if the item is unused?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges outside of the 7-day delivery window. We encourage our customers to review their orders promptly upon receipt

Q: I have worn and washed the shirt, and it's already peeling and breaking. Can I get an exchange or refund?
A: We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your shirt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn or washed. We recommend following the washing instructions provided on all labels to ensure the best care for your products.
